This month's speakers are Robert Righton manager and Vu Nguyen who will be discussing subdivisions.

Robert Righton is co-owner and general manager of Subdivision Compliance Services, which has project managed over 250 small-lot developments in the local area. Robert will share some of the experiences he has obtained from this body of work and will highlight essential criteria and fundamental core elements to look for in potential small-lot investment opportunities.

Vu Nguyen is a co-director of the town-planning firm Metrospect. Vu and his team have collectively in excess of twenty years town-planning experience, a great deal of which has been in various councils assessing Development Applications.
