Nhan founded Green Mint, a Property Company that has controlled up to over $20M worth of projects within the last 5 years.

In the property arena, the team at Green Mint has experience in the following areas:

  • Renovating and strata titling blocks of units in Mackay (23 units in total)
  • Building luxury homes in executive suburbs like Bulimba and Wakerley
  • Buying / Selling rental properties and development sites
  • Project marketing vacant land and house and land packages to Investors
  • Raising over $500k of investor's capital for property projects

His wife Olivia runs Green Mint Financial which provides taxation and accounting advice for investors and business owners.

Nhan loves sharing his experience and knowledge and has done numerous seminars, including speaking to MBA classes at UQ, networking meetings, and 2 day events.
