Topic: Capitalising Interest, SMSFs, Trusts.

Julia will take us through the nitty gritty of capitalising interest to give you ideas on reducing your non deductible debt. She will also show us how the cash flow operates in SMSFs that borrows to invest. The basic issues regarding trusts will also be covered and then she will be open to questions on any property related issue.

Julia Hartman is the founder of BAN TACS Accountants. She writes for Australian Property Investor magazine and has recently co authored a book on tax and rental properties, with Noel Whittaker, which is available for sale tonight.  Julia also maintains the BAN TACS web site which has an express access page for property investors linking them straight to lots of helpful material most of which is free.
