Topic: "An investment journey - some small thoughts of a traveller"
Images of an impoverished old
age, living off hand outs from the children, baby sitting in return
for the use of the granny flat in a converted garage and absolutely
no hope of buying a decent drop of red again forced Dominic Gatling
to set off on his investment journey.
Travelling the world until
his mid-40s with eight children (yes your eyes do not deceive you) in
tow left Dom with the prospect of an extremely small superannuation
nest egg- that is a humming bird sized nest egg as opposed to an ostrich
sized one.
Faced with the reality of children
still requiring financial backing until he is 60 AND a wife with a PhD
in gratuitous spending, Dominic turned to the collective wisdom of a
plethora of investment gurus in order to develop his own strategy for
a comfortable retirement.
Dominic will share with you
his insights into building an investment property portfolio using little
more than equity in your principal place of residence and the cunning
of a fox.
