After going just about bankrupt about four years ago, William sold everything he owned to pay the depts. and tax office. Realising that he was fast approaching 50,  he would need to get moving to get ahead in a short period of time.

Since then he has set up a Furniture business and bought several "run down" houses on the Sunshine Coast, which he bought for land price and is now renovating on a shoestring budget.
