Dale is the founder of Gatherum-Goss & Assoc.

Dale has an extensive knowledge of the income tax rules, and how to implement them to the advantage investors to minimize taxes and increase their wealth.  Dale celebrates 24 years as an accountant and with all the tax changes, it is no wonder he's so tired!

Over the last few years, Dale has written articles for Australian Property Investor, had two books published and delivered numerous seminars throughout Australia and is now regarded as one of the best property accountants in the country. 

Oh, and just in case you were wondering... Dale & Sue currently own 7 investment properties (the last one purchased in October 2005) and a portfolio of shares that they actively manage...  so, they practise what they preach!!
