Suburb View  
Suburb View is a great resource which takes listings from realestate.com, househound, domain and several others and combines them. Enter a suburb and all the listings are shown together, you can easily filter out price range, beds, type, show all prices directly on the map and see quickly where and how much, with links to jump to actual listings. Old listings are kept and sometimes you can see when houses have been listed but then had a price drop when listed again. It's worth a look.
